Funny ad I found from 1973 which was during the first great gas crisis. How ironic...Datsun saves at the gas pump but noone could save Datsun from being swallowed up by Nissan in the early 80s.....:) Tragic!

1973 Gas Crisis---Repeated History
OK----gas prices are going to hit $4.00 a gallon soon...we are steadily going up 5 dents a day. I pity anyone who is having to do a lot f driving in a massive vehicle right now. I read that SUV and Large Truck trade in values have dropped 6 grand since January....GEEEZZZZZ! I am glad I drive a Subaru and a Mercury....:)

Updated picture...I have painted this truck with Harbor Blue Rustoleum paint...looks fairly decent but do not get too close as you will see that is was spray painted...beats a 2 grand paint job though...:)
